It's too soon to know; the developers may already have interest from potential occupants. It was rezoned only last week, and they have to get a development permit before they can build it. It doesn't look like it's being marketed yet.

I wonder if KIA will continue with their dealership in the new building (a la Downtown Toyota) it seemed fairly busy.
