A few screenshots from the rezoning application's Urban Design Panel review (which we never got around to writing up).

Also, you might want to change the title. While the rezoning has been approved, there's still a lot of other steps to come, so traditionally "approved" is not a description that's included on the forum. That said, a sincere thank you for improving the forum with all your recent site photos.

I wonder if KIA will continue with their dealership in the new building (a la Downtown Toyota) it seemed fairly busy.
