According to email from Forge and Foster, this property has been purchased for $6.1 million. No indication in the email who purchased though. But the price is quite high to be doing nothing with it, so I suspect there will be a plan here shortly. Just started a thread for speculation. Right beside Walnut Residences.

Not surprised, close proximity to INTL VIL., and lots of low hanging fruit on Main ST E. Just hope this isn't the V-man building another commie block. Wonder if this parcel stretches up against La Cantina?

The buyer is Richard Paletta! It looks like he is not part of the Paletta International Corporation family but is the owner of Car Nation Canada.

Paletta International Corporation is owned by a father who started the company and his 4 sons. Real Estate Owners & Developers with holding all over the Golden Horseshoe. They are one of the majority investors of the First Ontario Centre project.

Richard Paletta is not part of the family and owns Car Nation which owns at least 5 dealerships in this area.

I was trying to reduce speculation by listing both.
