Construction Begins At 36-Story New River Yacht Club Phase 2 In Fort Lauderdale

Related Group has obtained financing and commenced construction the 36-story New River Yacht Club Tower 2 in Fort Lauderdale, according to the SFBJ.

The developer is building a design that was approved in 2016.

A $99 million construction loan has been issued that will fund construction.

New River Yacht Club Tower 2 will include 349 apartments, ground floor retail and parking. A pool deck will be located on the eighth floor.

Cohen, Freedman, Encinosa is the architect.

Brightline’s Fort Lauderdale station is about a 15-minute walk from the site.

Ft Lauderdale may not have the best skyline, but its going to have one of the more recognizable skylines once it reached full potential!
