43-Story Residential Tower proposed Near Brightline’s Fort Lauderdale Station

Plans have just been submitted for a new 43-story Fort Lauderdale residential tower called 200 Third.

The new tower will be located at 200 NE Third Street, about a 10-minute walk away from Brightline’s Fort Lauderdale station, according to Google Maps.

200 Third is proposed to include:

388 residential units
488 parking spaces in a 9-story podium (the maximum podium height permitted in Fort Lauderdale)
2,300 square feet of ground floor retail
The tower height is proposed at 448 feet.

National Realty Investments Advisors is the developer.

Humphreys & Partners Architects of Dallas is the architect.

The project was scheduled for review by the city’s Development Review Committee at a meeting yesterday.
