"built on... blockchain technology" . Unless by "blockchain" they mean a new structural engineering technique that uses chains and cinder-blocks, I don't see this as a serious proposal.

If it were a real story, seems like the AJC and Urbanize Atlanta would be covering it too. So far, they aren't. I was curious if this would come up on SSP, and what others would think about it.
