Is it at that exact site (Husky/Country Style donuts) or across the street at the empty lot (former gas station)?

It's that site, northwest corner. The dudes who gather there to show off their customized cars will have to find a new spot.

The southwest one has been empty far too long. I remember there was a Chinese food restaurant beside the gas station too... may have closed in the 1990s?

Wow. I guess it would make sense, it's a huge sized lot that's overkill for Husky/Country Style and the oil change place. I think the lot is never less than 70% empty. Sad to see Country Style go. Sometimes during my late night walks I would drop by there and pick up some donuts at half price.

It's a prime location. The one across the street is as well, but it's more narrow but deeper. Yeah, there used to be a Chinese restaurant behind the gas station that was there.

Hopefully Country Style will remain, as part of the commercial aspect of this.

It really is a huge lot.
