I have no doubt that we would have many more postings if it wasn't so difficult to post images on Skyscraperpage. What is the reasoning behind keeping it obtuse?

probably costs-related - no images are actually saved/hosted from SSP, since you're forced to reference from external sources. it's really too bad, too - there have been so many amazing image threads (in city photos) that are lost to history now due to the expiration of free hosting from previously used services...

It has a lot to do with the fact that SSP is running a 12-year-old version of its forum software.
