Reminds me of Telus sky... but not in a bad way .

Wrong Telus reference.
I wish it were like Telus Sky.

I guess if one really squints there is a resemblance with Telus Garden in few of the details. Another tall tower for the area!

That's not where I expected it was.

I found the height in a 2019 file. It will be 150m or 492ft. This is shorter than Clarke and Como at 162m or 532ft.

Lol that’s crazy. You’d think based on their rendering it would be a lot taller than 567. That’s too bad.

Not surprising though, it's only 46 floors so 150m is about bang on in terms of height.

I drove past the sales centre today and it said MIT & Farrow, it seems they were taking the signage down, I assume it's sold out as they are or have closed the sales centre. It will probably be used for another Boffo project, they spent a lot of money on fixing up the sales centre.

The site itself is all fenced off and demo of the building seems to have started.

Crane is up now for the north tower, still digging on the south end of the site.

I drove by on Monday on purpose to get a look, I was surprised there was a pit already and it was quite deep, I go to the Safeway a lot but rarely pass this road, last time I drove it the old building was still on the site.

The amount of towers being worked on right now in Burquitlam is making the area very hard to navigate. Plus all the low rises and townhouse projects.

From Boffo twitter June 21st - big concrete pour:

Last weekend we had our first big concrete pour at Smith & Farrow.
This concrete pour was for the market tower core footing and contained over 1,980 m³ of concrete!
