It will be the company's demise as the fella has no vision. Vancouver was a real mess during his tenure. Still is, but at least it's half as dirty. It is still sub-par when it comes to environmental policies.

I guess since Nexii went into bankruptcy Gregor Robertson was looking for a new gig. :vomit:

...The Liberal Party has also recruited a number of high-profile candidates, including former Vancouver mayor Gregor Robertson and former CTV television host Evan Solomon, the two sources said. One of the sources said former Quebec finance minister Carlos Leitão will also run for the Liberals...

Yes, I know that. He was a lackluster MLA and then a shitty mayor. Is he looking for a trifecta?

I mean, Hedy Fry's been voted in over and over again since '93 and I still have no idea WTF she's ever done for Vancouver in Parliament.

God help us, Mayor Moonbeam is rumoured to be a possible cabinet pick.

...Carney has some experienced people to choose from who’ve been elected to Parliament for the first time. They include Timothy Hodgson, a veteran Bay Street executive who once led Goldman Sachs Group Inc.’s Canadian unit; Gregor Robertson, the former mayor of Vancouver; and Carlos Leitao, the former finance minister of the province of Quebec....
