Lane restrictions along Sunningdale Rd as they cut in for the sewer connections. They appear to be prepping for the underground sewer connections for the roadway to serve the buildings that will be built on the site.

One would hope that the study now underway for Sunningdale Rd widening to 5 lanes is being considered now. It's already becoming a major West-East alternative to Fanshawe Park Rd.

Excavation appears to be starting for 1st of the four 10s towers planned for this Tricar project. Sewers and underground services appear to be finishing up and connection to Sunningdale Rd appears to be wrapped up now. Could see foundation work starting soon and a tower crane up before end of year.

Major excavation now underway for first building on site. The most westerly one overlooking the creek. There will be one level of underground parking. Line up of dump trucks hauling away soil today.

These will be condos. Trailer on site for Sales office now. Already forming up for L1 level walls and most of footings are now poured. I would expect Tricar to be moving the tower crane from York St building here in the near future. As soon as they can take the tower crane down they will.

Lots of progress on the L1 foundation walls and posts. Should start grading and prepping for the floor slab pour soon. Imagine they would like to have a tower crane on site soon to help.

Looks like they are prepping to finish the tower crane installation with a heavy lift mobile crane back on site.

They have been busy setting precast concrete beams for underground parking level. Not clear yet if they will use precast concrete for the structure of these buildings or form and pour method.

Work on precast concrete slab installation continues for parking level. Preparing forms for next level on north side already. They should be starting the ramp work this week as well.
