Hamilton area postcard sale Sept. 30 in Dundas

Hi, excuse the slight intrusion, but I thought I'd mention that if anyone is interested in old photos of Hamilton and area, or anywhere else, please consider attending the Golden Horseshoe Postcard Club's annual sale on Sunday, September 30 in Dundas -- it's free and there will be tons of stuff available, probably including some of the books that the club members have published.

It's always a good event organized by local volunteers, with at least a dozen dealers from as far away as the UK and hundreds of thousands of postcards to look at. We "experts" are always glad to chat about postcards and photographs or to look at anything you might be wondering about in terms of value. Generally what is for sale is around 100+ years old, although there is also lots of more recent material.
