What bugs me the most is the podium. It's too damn long for one tower and too many blank walls. If they cover the blank spots with murals, I'll be ok with it, but I do wish they added a second tower around 100m and not made it a box either.
Edit: machinery is on site today, looks like it'll be the first major project to start in 2019!
