PHOENIX | Palm Court Tower | 31 FLOORS

So the city of Phoenix is revitalizing a failed shopping center that opened in 1990 with a major facelift and a brand new residential tower. We have been shown 3 renderings and we still don't know which one we are going to get yet.

Here are the options:

A huge step in the right direction! While even though not too crazy about the third rendering, the first two are sure nice! Those three buildings clustered together work out nicely, definitely an LA vibe!

I wish we would get all 3 but the odds are looking at the silver one being the likely pick. Another good thing is we are also getting a 15 story hotel next to the tower.
