There was a minor variance application heard at the Committee of Adjustment meeting on April 13, 2023 (requesting a slight increase in density, parking space reductions, etc.)

No idea who "Space Rider Corp" is or what resources they would have to finance this (compared to larger developers like Tricar, Old Oak, etc), but the fact that a minor variance application was recently heard at committee, gives me hope that this proposal is still a go and will eventually be constructed some day. This would be a great addition to the area.
