How are your condo fees collected?

Hey, everyone! How does your condo board collect the maintenance fees? Do they use cheques or pre-authorized debit?

Mine offers both options. 12 post dated cheques are preferred if you are doing cheques.

Even in this day and age a surprising number of landlords only take cheques. I would assume a fair number of condo boards are the same way.

My condo corporation collects fees on pre-authorized debits.

just cheques and pre-authorized debit. will not allow direct transfer/payment from accounts which makes no sense.

it is easier to connect account info and tie into your unit : and the crazy part is that they likely take the cheques they get nd scan deposit them into their bank anyway.
