Does anyone know where on Garner Road this is? Garner East, West? North or South side?

based on the third picture, perhaps Garner Road in the Caledon Hills. Ancaster has had a 3 storey height restriction, so if this is in Ancaster, it would be a major deviation

It's very institutional looking, with that giant parking garage.

It's not super appealing, but 12 floors in that part of town could start a trend. Maybe?

Looking more into this proposal for news, I only found the city further disputing with the developer in June. Personally, this development is fine IMO. It's a dense enough area with the new construction coming along, and has enough to support it.

LPAT/OMB decision on this one seems to have come out back in February (2019). It approved a modified version at 9-storeys in height.

Awesome find, and so falls the 3 storey height limit in Ancaster. Congratulations to Sonoma and how bad does it look on City not to issue a ruling, sitting on its hands in an attempt to slow development.
