Bummer, I guess, but this always seemed like a rather odd and isolated location for a residential tower anyway.
Maybe if it was part of a master plan to transform that whole former industrial area into a more residential/mixed-use thing it could work, but as designed, it just looked really lonely and out of place relative to the rest of the city.
That said, it would be kinda cool if buffalo one day develops an area of its lakefront for residential highrises a la Milwaukee's East Side or Cleveland's Lakewood suburb.
For all off their
10,000 miles of shoreline, the great lakes don't really have much of that sort of thing outside of Chicago, Toronto, Milwaukee, and Cleveland.
