DALLAS | 2007 Randall Street | 20-22 FLOORS | 240 FT
Exclusive: Crescent Communities eyeing Dallas tract for 20-story tower
Quote:
Charlotte, North Carolina-based Crescent Communities — which builds mega master-planned communities, such as the $750 million Wildridge project— has been eyeing a tract of land adjacent to the newly completed Frost Tower near Victory Park.
The site — which is about three-quarters of an acre — at 2007 Randall Street is bound by the McKinnon, Randall and Harwood streets in the Harwood District.

Quote:
Crescent Communities has filed a rezoning request with the City of Dallas, asking for additional density for the project for a 240-foot tall building, or a tower that is 20- to 22-stories in height.

Quote:
Crescent Communities — not to be mistaken for Crescent Real Estate in Fort Worth — could get the project underway by the end of the year, or the first quarter of 2017.
