This thread or picture post gives a good "feel" of this area. Thanks, I enjoyed seeing it for the first time.

thanks, and in spite of living in New York for decades, I too saw this area for the first time! I just sort of wandered over and kept walking one day. I know this area was being redeveloped over the years but had no idea how expansive it was. So much more room than on the East River. I did a similar thread a couple of years ago along the East River, though neither is meant to be comprehensive (still envious of the seeming "wide open spaces" on the Hudson! lol)--
