Minto project on Strandherd Drive near the Home Depot?

Does anyone know what they are building on Strandherd Drive near the Home Depot, across from Fraser Fields?

I drive by this spot every day on the way to work and am seeing lots of heavy machinery, mountains of dirt and a small sign that says *Minto, sales office, 4005 Strandherd Drive*.

I googled 4005 Strandherd and did not get any concrete info. I thought this is where the new, re-aligned Greenbank would be but if that is the case, why is Minto in the picture?

Thanks, I wasn't able to load the page but I have heard about this commercial development by Trinity Development Group.

On the PDF you can see the Minto development on the west side of the stormwater areas, just south of the Mattamy townhomes.

This building is Minto Sales Centre for their newest community in Barrhaven, Quinn's Pointe on Greenbank near Barnsdale.

The sales centre looks ready to be open anytime now!
