I see the snow didn't stop you from getting out and taking some amazing pictures...a Winter Wonderland.

The white of the snow seems to enhance the other colours...brilliant !

Thanks for posting these. Some of the wild landscape colours are unreal, and yet the effect of the bright houses is not lost in the snow. This must be one of the snowiest winters for this early in the year, and a great start to your thread.

Thanks for the beautiful winter photo set, signal! I've really been missing these the last little while. Hopefully we'll get some big proposals this spring to revive discussion here!

Plus, happy new year to everyone!!

Those are on Signal Hill, at the corner of Howe Place and Quidi Vidi Road.

Spectacular night shots! You did the impossible, you made Atlantic Place look somewhat attractive in the 5th photo haha! Seriously though, great photo set! Those should definitely be shared in the national section if you haven't already!

Thanks...Yes, it is by Long Pond as townie said. The smoke stack makes it cool for long exposures on a crisp, calm night

Absolutely beautiful photo set!! Great to see the sun out and the Temp above zero! Once the snow melts, our favorite season here at SSP starts... Construction season!!

Awesome photo set! Made my day

Seeing how this thread has been dead forever, I decided to get up early this morning and take a few pics of the first sunrise in North America! I'm no professional photographer but I hope you enjoy!
