This thread is for all development and construction related news pertaining to Phnom Penh, Cambodia. There has been a lot of revitalization in the city since the country emerged out of the nineties and the riddance of Pol Pot, the former leader of the Khmer Rouge. If you have any news or information, please post on her, and I will put together a list on this first post of all developments.
