I like it. The cladding looks great. Wouldn't object to seeing something similar built in Toronto.

Are you kidding I WISH we had buildings like this going up in Toronto.

It is sad that in the core, the majority of our condos are substandard or even lower when compared to buildings like this and even when we fight such towers we are left with a compromised building that forces us to lower our standard even more. This can only be proven when we see buildings like this because it shows just how pitiful the boxes downtown can be.

But then again I guess deveopers here have to make architecture here better because there is a less need for condos/hotels whereas in Toronto there is/was a bigger market where developers could build anything and still get away with a profit.

Nonetheless, good for Hamilton!

Agree. This is much nicer than the typical stuff they build in Toronto. Good job Hamilton and nice to see something significant proposed in Steel Town.
