Could Sears corporate hq's be moving to Austin???

Check out a report from www.KXAN.com about a possible relocation of Sears World HQs to Austin...

Something tells me it won't be here too long b/c I don't see Sears staying in business for too many more years.

Long gone are the days where Sears' headquarters was the tallest building in the world. If they did move (which they won't) their headquarters is more likely to be a prefab metal warehouse out by the airport.

LOL, well you never know if they do decide to build in Downtown it could be a good sized Tower. At any rate it is interesting news.

I agree, Im not either. Would be nice wishful thinking for a new Sears Tower. Even if they did move it likely would be the suburbs.
