I was just looking around for renderings as I do sometimes and found this. It's a 15-story 175 foot residential tower slated for 22nd & San Antonio Streets in West Campus.
Has anyone heard anything about this? By the way, this link also has the renderings for the old Austin Museum of Art Tower where the county courthouse is now planned.

This proposal for a West Campus Residential Tower is designed for 246 apartment units. Located on University Baptist Church property at the intersection of West 22nd and San Antonio streets, the new tower will serve a growing student population for The University of Texas. The University neighborhood overlay zoning setbacks cause the façade to step away from neighboring streets as the building grows in height. Residential amenities and service retail occupy the ground floor of the building while screening the parking areas from the street. In addition to parking for the residents, the garage provides 230 spaces for the use of University Baptist Church.
