Goyer is a French manufacturer specialized in facade materials such as aluminum. Whether the facade would look nice or not, it is probably not cheap which doesn't ensure at all that it will look good, I guess.

It wouldn't matter if they redeveloped the Michelet and Villon neighborhoods to make something attractive of them. I remember reading Puteaux's mayor was thinking about that in an article about a possible redevelopment of the south circular boulevard within the coming years. Majunga could be seen as a first step toward that plan. Besides, Ariane's facade shouldn't look ugly next to this building. It's much older but we've got far worse of the 70's and Ariane is important to Majunga for a better density there.

Well, renderings say so... It will definitely have an impact on the skyline anyway. For now, Majunga is about to be nothing less than the 2nd tallest of the entire district.
