well i'm glad they're modern glass towers and not those nouveau euro-style cement/brick/stucco buildings. i dont like those mini towers on the roof tho. but hopefully this will be a continuing trend towards contemporary style architecture in kaohsiung/taiwan.

The whole thing is being built on an extremely thin piece of land, which kinda reminds me of Hong Kong. Cheers Kaohsiung, more tall buildings is always good!

Smile Pricing for this Apartment Block.

Hi Guys;

This is a gorgeous apartment block.

We are currently researching an address for our future residence in Kaoshiung. My wife Muh-Ling is from Kang Shan Town and we very much would like to be back in Kaoshiung in the near future.

Are pricings available for this apartment tower yet and are purchases available off the plan.

Look forward to your reply.

Mike.

PS. Love the video. Irresistable.

Smile Cleaning the Windows!

Is there a system in place for cleaning the upper windows in the recreation area?

I am a building maintenance specialist in Sydney and am always coming across the problem of the external windows and a system for cleaning them along with maintaining the external of all the facade areas not being catered for in the design.

I clean building is one of the most important aspect of a highrise and in this one in particular we certainly want to enjoy the views that we are paying for.

Would you be able to post the external access system that will be a part of this grand building. If there architect requires some assistance, I will be glad to help.

Kind regards.

Mike king.

I have been in the site. I was disappoint to see that there not setback for this project coverage. It will create very crowd urban landscape with narrow street land in front of it. Overshadowing is going to be issue.
