I didn't see a thread for Richards, so I created one. Not sure if 'excavation' is a valid status...

The massing reminds me a lot of H+H - tall podium because of the view cone overhead.

I also am impressed with the massing. If they can't built a tall building, they might as well build a large building nonetheless. I think the more density the better, and I don't mind if we have short bulky buildings to go with the tall skinny ones.
