[Taipei] Hua Nan Bank World Trade Building | 27F | 154.5m | U/C

華南銀行總行世貿大樓 27F 154.5m

from skyscrapers.tw by linkin0219

The building bulk ratio for this project is around 300% to 400%. The base land is about 2000坪. (6600 m2) The client want the building go high so they reduce coverage ratio of their building and have podium part for this building.

It has been 3 years! Can't wait to see the exterior finishing go up. Hopefully the colour will stand out from other similar coloured buildings in its immediate surrounding.

no, you can see from the rendering it's a beige building and will match the other buildings in the area.

I like it, it looks classic, not old. From the street point of view it looks nicer than the photos.
