"Be mindful of the lightning, hippies, and bikes. And the tweakers, homeless people, gangbangers, and the feeling as though you've returned back to 1999."
Truthfully, the homeless and gangbangers are minor problems compared to urban California. The tweakers are problematic--I just put in a burgler alarm system after a rash of breakins in my area which I suspect were by meth-heads. Hippies
--a bigger thing in Bisbee or certainly San Francisco.
But Tucson does have a problem getting free of past decades when oil was $10 a barrel and big wide streets full of cars were the urban ideal in the west.
Anyway, these are nice pictures and flatter the area which has a lot to recommend it but has sometimes been treated shabbily by its inhabitants.
