....an old thread which I can't find.

Does anyone remember, or can locate an older thread that had a post (in last 7 weeks) about the Committee of Adjustment at 908 King Street? Here's the document that was linked, http://www.myhamilton.ca/NR/rdonlyre...16PED08206.pdf, but I'm looking for that thread and can't find it.

there was a brief mention of it in the Downtown update thread around page 29-30 or so - the PDF link is in there.

I took a quick look and and page 29 - 30 is around end of July - beginning of August timeframe, before the document was created on August 27th.

I guess it doesn't matter much to find the original post. I was just looking for talk around that post, because it's been reported the property, 908 King Street East, has gone ahead before the OMB hearing (scheduled in January 09) and put in a front parking spot.

They've removed the front grass, and replaced it with crushed compacted limestone that is far enough below the grade of the sidewalk for a layer of asphalt to be installed.

oh, i'm thinking page 29 with my presets when logged in - i display more per page.

The posts were around September 15 in that thread.

Thanks, for narrowing it down. I got it now. I would have never thought to look in the 'Downtown Update', because on the building is at King & Sherman.

This morning there were 3 vehicles parked in the 2 spots they are looking to have have approved for variances. (4 spots changed to 2, and then the 2 spots smaller than required).

Has anyone been to an OMB hearing, or have knowledge?

Does anyone get to talk, do you need to register first? I'm going to do an internet search, but thought I'd ask if anyone here had first hand knowledge as well.
