Hopefully Prince Albert, PA, is going to catch some of the resource boom happening in Northern Saskatchewan. Some construction would be nice in the city.

It's located by the river, nice view but shitty design. Its just a simple design something to fill up and make money off of.

I am sure it won't be such a revolting colour when done. The whole rendering looks like it was done by a grade nine student as part of a drafting class.

Seriously. You'd think that someone would be available to do a cheap CAD of it. Hell i could provide a more efficient model, at least it would give more of a visual.

Indeed. Fairly hard to truly assess said development, given the quality of the rendering.

Would love to see some photos of PA as it's one of the few cities in SK I don't get to often.

Ive taken some previously but they were of garbage, beer bottles in the park. Ill go on a picture taking journey here. I will be in Winnipeg for the next week and a half.

I'll add some more pictures of other sites being worked on as i find out where they are.
