OMAHA | Riverfront Place II | 15 fl | U/C

Phase II of downtown Omaha's Riverfront Place development is proposed. The 15 story tower will have 53 units. Also a part of phase II is a 3 story, 10,000 square foot mixed use building that would include offices and a restaurant. Construction is expected to begin in late spring of 2008 with a completion date in late 2009.

The Proposal (Tower on the left):

As for now, the second tower will be available in 2010. I'm not currently in Omaha, so I'm not sure when or what the progress is on site prep/ground breaking.

Hey omahajayscu,

Would you mind if pictures of the pedestrian bridge were included in this? I know this thread is about the second tower, but I think it'd be nice to feature the entire Riverfront Place development. Let me know.

I think there is already a thread for that project on here. Not sure where though.

Post the pictures of the bridge on here anyway. I would really like to see the progress on that part of the project!

Also, I don't believe construction has started on the next tower yet. I am not quite sure why. I would assume they haven't reached the magic number of presales yet.
