List all of the 2007 year end review of developments in Hamilton. I'll make up a summary for the downtown core. Basically a map with areas highlighted and perhaps a little rendering.

Developments meaning new construction, renovations, new proposal from 2007, completed projects in 2007. Basically 4 categories, Completed, Started, Announced and Renovated.
