Great views from the Portland Aerial Tram

A few shots taken today from the top open-air station at OHSU, and from the tram itself. Hope you like!

wait a second ... how long has this been around? i have never seen or heard of this before. where does it go to and from, and how much does it cost?

whatever the case, great photos. looks like fun.

Gio, the tram just opened to the public last January, and connects the OHSU Marquam Hill campus with new university facilities and highrise condos in the South Waterfront development. Tickets are bought at the bottom station for $4 round trip, but you can actually ride for free if you take the bus or hike to the top station...they assume you've already purchased tickets, but don't actually check
