A few hours in Portland, Oregon

I spent a few hours in Portland Saturday, 6/1/07. I had lunch in the Pearl District and took these pics of the Met. I like how it contrasts with its surroundings...very "unPearl". (Although, I haven't been a fan of the "sameness" of the Pearl condo's I am now finding that I do enjoy the scale and overall look of the district. I think all the activity and the springtime landscaping helps.) "No Brown Cloud!!!"

Any time we can get some Portland photos on here is a good thing. Such a beautiful city it is.
