Honestly, I don't think Wichita has any traits of KCMO what so ever. KCMO is simply a totally different kind of city, not just larger, it's built different too.
Wichita is similar to Kansas City, Kansas, only Wichita is much better in my opinion. "KCK" is just not a "real" city in my opinion or at least I have a hard time calling much of it, if any, "urban". People here in KC might argue with me on that, but I have a different definition of urban than most the locals

I'm way off topic.
Having said that, Wichita is a nice little town that can at least be a breath of fresh air when driving across the plains of KS, OK, TX etc, which I personally hate doing.
