jack shit has gone on in the past 1.5 months on this project, imo. everytime i pass by it i feel like "damn...have they even done anything???"

^ It rose two floors in a month. That's not light speed, but not exactly slow. Most of our concrete towers in LA go up at about the same rate.

The schedule looks to be about one floor every two weeks. So, 31 floors x two weeks per floor= 62 weeks. Probably less, once they transition two the smaller floor plates, which should be the next to go up (not to mention the weather). I'd say it'll be topped out by the end of the year.
