So why the thinking went would the company spend a ~ billion on a new tech center when renovations could be made while linking the site into the envisaged Michigan Ave Mobility Corridor.
Good to see the project moving forward the impact on downtown Dearborn and beyond is going to be exciting I really like what they did with Wagner Place already.

On the topic of Ford, the Fair Lane Estate in Dearborn recently received the 2021 Governor's Award for Historic Preservation. It was a really cool restoration, led by the team of Henry Ford Estate, Inc., Quinn Evans Architects, SmithGroup, Inc., The Christman Company, National Restoration, Inc. and Historic Surfaces, LLC.
