The Grand Rapids Public Museum just announced plans for a $64 million expansion, the first expansion since its original opening in 1994. The 4-story addition will feature a café, artifact labs for students, more exhibit space, and better access to the Grand River.

The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center is getting a rehab of its own. Located at 1491 Division Ave S, this former Steelcase factory building is being overhauled by Owen-Ames-Kimball Co. with professional design & engineering services by Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc.
There was a groundbreaking this past Wednesday for the new operations center at the airport. The 11,600 SF building will consolidate many operations under one roof. DLZ Corp. is the architect and Pioneer Construction is the general contractor.
