There are renders from a few years ago, but since then we’ve lost Broad St. in downtown and the empire station is up in the air at the moment, as well as Affirmation Tower. Tower fifth as well seems unlikely.
If you're referring to 45 Broad Street, that's happening, but under new ownership, and possible design change.

None of those buildings you mention have been built, but all will be built at some point. Assemblages in Manhattan always eventually get developed.

The "Empire Station" we've never had renderings of, but it's not up in the air. That's a phased development, like it's always been. What we haven't seen in regards to 270 Park is the public plaza. Considering that was one of the sticking points to approval, they really should have provided views of it.

These are the renderings posted on site...

Meanwhile, some buildings are missing, but seen with 175 Park...

New steel beams being installed.

I can't wait to document the construction of the crown from this vantage point!

Considering how large the beams are, my guess is that the tower probably between 960-975 ft as of now

My estimate is 925-950 ft, by comparing it with the 755' 383 Madison Ave and the 1046' Chrysler Building. So not quite supertall, but very soon.

I have to agree with NewYorkCity76, the beams with the splice on top reach to about 970'. The second setback is around 818', and the top of the third setback reaches to about 1,080'. We're a floor above the halfway mark of the 3rd section of the Tower. The next jump will put it close or with the splice, reaching 1,000' finally. This beast is getting tall.

You have significantly more detail than I have. Thanks for the post.
