Are there any plans on developing some of those other crater lots in the warehouse district anytime soon?

afaik its more rumors than plans at this point, but there is supposed to be a smaller phase two tower and also a top end hotel. no word on those lately.

Thanks, a lot of people like this time of year for pumpkin spice, chunky sweaters and UGGs, I’m all about the lower humidity and dramatic lighting

Core is topped out in that last shot (they are removing the formwork). Based on the drawings posted by mrnyc, we're looking at about the equivalent of 6 standard office floors of height above the core to the highest point of the massing, which would be roughly equivalent with the crane cab in that last shot. So visually still some relatively significant height left to go.

Saw a skyline shot of this on Morning Joe. Nice addition.

Did it look anything like this shot, captured on Fox8? Interlake Steamship Company's ATB Dorothy Ann-Pathfinder photobombing on live TV -

Believe it was a shot from the lake.

From the Cleveland Clinic; rumors are circulating that the shorter "HQ2" tower might start sooner than anticipated as Sherwin Williams is moving some of the employees from Minneapolis-based Valspar to Cleveland. If so, it would fill the gap to the left of the new building, between the Terminal Tower.

there is supposed to be a vertical streak of lighting down the middle of it. i imagine they will use that to show off paint colors.
