Awesome work on all these! As for the tall tower, I agree with everyone here, version 1.1 is best.

Very nice job. I could for sure see that being built in Miami.

Thumbs up

I like the museum. I really like how you did the steps and the grass.

Nice with the 1.1 Tower. I like renders but they take too long so just screw them... The floor plate for 360 is a little small and the balconies are a little big but it's fine. The tower is also too short for spinning 360 degrees.... Just trying to help. Let's see more..

I haven't updated this thread for a while but I've made some new buildings here are a few of them

this building is an art museum on the bottom 8 floors and condos on the top 12

here is a simple park shelter

thats all I have for now but I will probably be updating more soon

actually i have only done 2 buildings in sketchup I find that you lose a lot of detail when trying to make diagrams for sketchup buildings I usually just use ms paint and photoshop

The museum/condo tower looks funky but I like it. I'd like it if it was office instead of condo's though. And the shelter thing is nice too. Like an organic garage more of a park shelter. Actually, those diagrams look pretty good. I like your Westin Peachtree Tower more than the current one but oh well.

ya so I have a short attention span and got tired of Demeanor so for a while I'll be making more complex sketchup buildings as I prepare for architecture school in a couple of weeks to get my creativity going more.

so here are a few buildings I've been working on lately

this first one will eventally be a whole complex but so far I have only finished one building. With this one I was working on my rendering skills and interiors a little which I lack in both departments

this next one is a park and a museum it is supposed to be environmentally friendly with the green roof and being partly under ground to conserve heat during the winter and help cool the building during the summer

My sentiments exactly. I felt like I was on the bus headed toward the Miami Beach area from Aventura again. Jaw-dropping...

First off I would like to say this thread is really old
secondly I might revive it for a short while before I go off to school

These are a couple of buildings I've been working on over the summer
I know it's not to much but I like how they have turned out

this first one is a park shelter

This one I have been working on for a while
It is a museum with galleries that overlap through each other. It also has green space on parts of the roof

I like the concept of how you did the green roof and the building itself. The design looks great for a museum

Great work

I like to constantly mix things up. I feel that is the only way I can continue to advance.

In a week or so my summer class gets out so I might have more time to do some more buildings. So hopefully there will be more to come

That museum is awesome. I could see a small man-made river going underneath the structure!
