Nice thanks for sharing. One thing I did notice on their IG page, under their caption, they refer to Aspire as an "Apartment & Condo Building". Condos?

Instagram only has one description available for this particular use so they lump them both together.

You're right, that's my bad. I confused it w/ the custom "Caption" free-form text field and thought maybe that's what they entered.

I used to be able to embed instagram but I couldn't figure it out this time for some reason. Anyway, here is a picture from their instagram today.

I haven't heard they will be anything more than apartments, but who knows. They seem to change projects many times as they're getting developed/built here.
