foster's canopy will be in all developments ...
but whats underneath may be developed by different architects ... there will be some skyscraper development near the canton road end of the project ... lets hope some super-tall springs up ...

I remember seeing one tall building at that location in some model.
A 350 m tower would be great.

If they set up a height limit for HK, where would the people go? There's nowhere to build but up, more so than in any other city.

That's correct in some parts of the HK Island.
Not so much in Kowloon and most parts of the new territories.
