Also, Modera Morningside (at Piedmont and Cheshire Bridge) has already filed a building permit for phase II. Looks like a 5-story apartment building. Currently on the site is a Dunkin Donuts and another 1-story commercial building.

750 Glenwood Ave, mixed-use planned development. Currently the Atlanta Stockade, close to the Beltline and adjacent to the Fuqua development.
750 KALB ST SE, rezone to Mixed-use planned development / Beltline overlay. This is adjacent to the site above. Is something big planned here? Both filed by

701 ATLANTA STUDENT MOVEMENT BLVD SW, rezone to General (multi-family) residential.
Also today, a permit to consolidate the properties at 45 8th St NE (corner of 8th and Cypress). Currently it's a cell tower.
And similarly, consolidation permit filed for 1400 west peachtree to be combined "into a single parcel to be redeveloped." I assume this is for
this proposal.
