Just realized ...

Anyone think the wood on the Pender façade should have been on the east sides of the recesses
- so when you stand at the intersection, you see wood down both Pender and Seymour?

As built, you don't see the wood on the Pender side unless you're looking west down Pender.

yeah they should have varied the wood details more and made some opposite aswell.

The crane came down yesterday and the glazing looks complete on the alley side.

I like this building but one little thing that bugs me are the silver vents along the ground floor. If they were black to match everything else you would hardly notice them.
