[Centre Square Place]

Greetings,

Please be aware that our construction site was shut down for the holidays from Dec. 21 until Jan. 3rd. We also had cold weather stoppages before and after this break. We did experience a short delay, during which Graham was not on site. The length of this suspension was 3 weeks, from mid-January to February 8th. Graham has resumed activity with no expectation of extending the occupancy date.

Here is a list of work that was accomplished during that time:

- All forming for tenth floor
- heating and hoarding for floors 1.5 - 5
- Sprinkler system installation completed up to P2
- Plumbing completed up to 5th floor
- Fan coil units installed up to 3
- Steel studs for demising walls completed from floors 1.5 - 5.

Impending work:

- 10th floor is scheduled to be poured Friday, February 15th
- 11th and final floor will be completed by early March

Crane IS flying!

Drove by today and saw a couple workers onsite. The Crane is definitely doing something as I type this.

I did actually see the crane working today and spotted at least one worker on the site.

I think it was just fourthtower up in the crane. He knew no one would be working on the site, so he went for a joyride in the crane.

Well, its Friday the 15th and the cement pump has been there all day - a condo developer that does what it says? WTH?

I wish centre square the best of luck, hope they make a good return on their investment and see fit to do it all over again with another project downtown.

It was the full top floor that they had formed - nor sure if it was 10th or 11th.

This isn't the prettiest picture, but just wanted to show that there are guys up on the 10th floor with lights. The crane has been swinging around like mad all day today.
