"More complaints have surfaced about St. Paul’s hospital in downtown Vancouver, and now the people who work there say it needs to be replaced.
St. Paul’s is nearly a century old and showing its age. Its plumbing and electrical need serious work. Its rooms and hallways are small and inefficient. There are rodents and cockroaches. And in the event of a substantial earthquake, it’s a disaster waiting to happen.
