AC HKG 7
LH FRA 6
LH MUC 3
AF CDG 4
TK IST 3
AI DEL 3
KE ICN 4
JL NRT 3

Other airlines such as China Eastern, Air China, Xiamen and Hainan have been operating regular flights but not sure if cargo only or if any are carrying passengers
Air Tahiti Nui and Air France are still using YVR for their PPT tech stops
Korean Air Cargo still operating freighters as well

I don't think Air India will be returning anytime soon with the travel ban still in place.
I believe Air China is operating passenger services to and from YVR. Though it's only once a week with a quarantine stop somewhere in China.
Air Tahiti Nui is scheduled to continue using YVR until the end of September but I expect that to be extended with the rising cases in the US. I'd assume Air France will do the same thing as well. French Bee is supposed to return to YVR sometime in the 2nd week of September.
